 Ernest Gundling - Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Gundling acts as a Senior Asia specialist, assisting clients in developing strategic global approaches to leadership, organization development, and relationships with key business partners. He coaches executives with global responsibilities and works with multicultural management teams to help them formulate business plans based upon strong mutual understanding and a joint commitment to execution. Dr. Gundling holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.

  Ted Dale - Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Mr. Dale has overseen the company's development of intercultural training tools, including 25 videos on global business issues and a suite of web tools including GlobeSmart® and Global Teams OnlineSM, since the company's inception in 1990. Mr. Dale received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado and his Master of Arts from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, where he formerly taught as an adjunct professor.

  Brad Bungum - Managing Director, Global Account Management & Business Development, EMEA
Mr. Bungum is Aperian Global's Managing Director for the EMEA region and leads the Global Account Management and Business Development team. He has over 30 years of experience as a manager and educator in account management/sales, cross-cultural training and consulting, experiential learning, and language instruction. Prior to Aperian Global, he spent six years as Director of Studies and Managing Partner at a language center in Copenhagen and ten years as Director with an international youth leadership-development organization. Mr. Bungum has lived in Denmark for over 20 years and has worked in over 35 countries. He holds degrees in History and Education from the University of Arizona in Tucson. He is bilingual in Danish and English.

Mr. Reilly is responsible for the organization's Shared Services functions (accounting, IT, marketing and client relations services). Dave has a broad entrepreneurial background that includes corporate strategy, management of technology and operations, sales, and new product development. Dave received a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Virginia.

Ms. Cvitkovich designs and facilitates seminars for intact teams, team leaders and individual contributors on subjects including globalization, multinational teambuilding, global leadership and virtual communications. Ms. Cvitkovich has worked in intercultural consulting, coaching, and multinational teambuilding for over a decade. Pamela Leri - Director of Consulting
Ms. Leri specializes in consulting and training related to working in the Asia Pacific region and is responsible for practice areas focusing on outsourcing, off-shoring, collaboration, and global project management. Her role leverages her extensive experience in Asia, having lived and worked in the region periodically since 1979.  She also has extensive travel, living, and work experience in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Mexico, and Canada. Ms. Leri received her Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing, Fiction, from the University of Iowa Writers' Workshop where she received the prestigious Iowa Arts Fellowship; and her bachelor's degree in Literature, Creative Writing with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

 Keiko Sakurai - Practice Group Leader, Global Teams
Ms. Sakurai is experienced in multi-national organization development, teambuilding, leadership development, management skills training and executive coaching. Ms. Sakurai holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, with a certificate in Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and Management from Hitotsubashi University, Japan, where she graduated with top honors.  Ms. Sakurai is a CPA, and holds a certified MBTI user license and NLP practitioner license.  She is bilingual in Japanese and English.

  Sonya Kaleel - Practice Group Leader, Global Mobility
Sonya Kaleel is based in Chicago, Illinois representing Aperian Global as the Practice Group Leader for Global Mobility. In this role, she ensures that clients are supported with the appropriate services to meet their global mobility objectives, and she facilitates cross-cultural training programs. She brings over 20 years of experience in learning and development for organizations in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Ms. Kaleel previously worked for Aperian Global in Cairo, Egypt where she facilitated training programs throughout the region and led the research efforts to develop content for the Egypt, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Morocco and Iraq sections of Aperian's GlobeSmart® web tool. Prior to her work with Aperian, Ms. Kaleel designed and delivered virtual training workshops at the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company (Wrigley). She is fluent in English, conversant in Arabic, and holds a BS degree in Communications from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She is currently earning a graduate certificate in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University.

Ms. Redrupp is a Senior Consultant with Aperian Global based in Paris. She partners with multinational companies to develop global mindset and global leadership skills, and provides coaching for individuals and teams. She facilitates in English, French, and German. Previously, Ms. Redrupp launched new tourist excursions for Club Med in the Caribbean, Mexico and Senegal; worked for Citibank in New York City, Düsseldorf, and Paris; and launched company-wide process improvements for virtual teams at Disneyland Paris. Ms. Redrupp was educated and grew up in five countries: Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, and USA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas, coursework from the Albert-Ludwigs Universität in Freiburg, Germany, and a Master of Business Administration and Master of International Management from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Phoenix, Arizona.

Soren Olesen is the Director of Client Strategy & Business Development for Europe at Aperian Global. Mr. Olesen has 24 years of global experience in account management, primarily with mid-size to global Fortune 2000 companies. He oversees Client Strategy & Business Development in Europe, is responsible for overall client satisfaction, and is the company’s primary liaison to partners for business training solutions within Global Mobility. Mr. Olesen lived and worked in the USA for over 13 years. He has worked extensively throughout Canada, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, with additional work experience in other European countries, Japan, Hong Kong, Mainland China, India and Singapore. Mr. Olesen is a Danish citizen and US resident and currently resides in Kolding, Denmark.

Ms. Zanchettin is responsible for ensuring Aperian Global's delivery of high quality client solutions worldwide. In her role as Practice Group Leader for Global Diversity & Inclusion, she provides consulting, training and web tools to achieve business results at client organizations. Ms. Zanchettin co-authored the book Global Diversity: Winning Customers and Engaging Employees within World Markets with Dr. Ernest Gundling. She has been a speaker at The Conference Board, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the World Diversity Leadership Summit on the subjects of employee engagement; strategies for effectively globalizing a corporate diversity initiative; global leadership competencies for a diverse business world; and global acumen for HR leaders. Ms. Zanchettin has lived in France, Iran, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Spain and currently resides in Singapore.

As an international mobility executive, Ms. Bennhold-Samaan has over twenty-five years experience in world-class organizations including Accenture, the World Bank, Honda of America, and the Peace Corps. Her expertise includes business alignment, strategic planning, policy development, training management, and partnering with corporate, government, educational, and international organizations. Ms. Bennhold-Samaan has co-authored a number of cross-cultural training books and delivered training/coaching programs in over 50 countries. She holds a Master in International Affairs focusing on cross-cultural communications and international business. She was born in Egypt, lived in Nigeria, and has been an expatriate in Germany and Canada. She currently resides in Washington, DC.

 Darcy Roehling - Director of Client Strategy and Business Development, Asia Pacific
Ms Roehling is Aperian Global’s Director of Client Strategy and Business Development for Asia Pacific and leads the region’s team in client management, business development, and marketing. With over 20 years of professional experience living in Asia Pacific including China, Hong Kong and Singapore, Ms Roehling partners with our in-region clients to ensure global consistency in our services and local relevance in the markets we serve. Prior to joining Aperian Global, Ms Roehling was in business development for Fortune 500 companies in financial services, public relations, and training. She was also a cross-cultural trainer for over nine years. She holds a Masters of Public and International Affairs with concentrations in Chinese Studies and Diplomacy as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Chinese Studies, both from the University of Pittsburgh. She also holds a Chinese language certificate from Beijing Language Institute. Ms Roehling currently resides in Singapore.

 Frederic D'Auber - Director of EMEA Consulting
With a primary focus on France-based multinationals, Frederic d’Auber helps clients in Europe align their talent capability with their global strategy, and build sustainable global talent solutions. He also designs and facilitates workshops for international teams and accompanies high performing, global leaders on increasing their business effectiveness across cultures. With an MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, Frederic has extensive experience in strategic and operational business and has held HR leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry (Novartis and Bristol-Myers Squibb : in Switzerland, Mexico and the USA) and in the publishing industry (USA). More recently, while backpacking Asia, he worked as a journalist for a wine magazine. Frederic consults, facilitates and coaches in French, English and Spanish. Line Mørkbak is Aperian Global's Practice Group Leader for Global Business Skills. In this role, she is responsible for program design, delivery and client engagement management Aperian Global's Working Globally and Working Effectively with Country X programs. Ms. Mørkbak co-authored the Danish relocation guide The World Awaits: Inspiration to Global Living with Lena Lauridsen. She holds a Bachelor of Comparative Literature as well as a Master’s degree in Modern Culture and Cultural Communications from University of Copenhagen. She has lived in Spain, the United Kingdom, Greenland, and the United States. She currently resides in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ms. Mørkbak is bilingual in Danish and English.
