Aperian Global’s Assignment Readiness Questionnaire (ARQ)^SM is an online questionnaire designed for employees and their spouses/partners who wish to assess their suitability and readiness for an international assignment. The ARQ provides immediate feedback, allowing the employee/family to consider the results and manage appropriate next steps.

The primary purpose of the ARQ is for the employees and their spouses/partners to identify the areas where they feel more or less comfortable in terms of the relocation process and living overseas, as well as provide an opportunity for them to work through any areas of concern prior to affirming their willingness to seek or accept an international assignment. At their discretion, the employee and spouse/partner can print the ARQ results and discuss them in a family context or schedule a discussion with their HR Manager to generate strategies for making a decision. Aperian Global Assessment Consultants are also available for a professional debrief of results.
